Last weekend we celebrated our son’s 9th birthday at this Urban Air location. It was his 3rd birthday there & this year was by far the best experience thanks to our hostess Kory! She was attentive, always close by, and communicated with us every step of the way. During the birthday contracting process we experienced some miscommunication on head count & payment expectations which Kory professionally handled immediately upon our arrival to ensure a stress free day. The kids had a wonderful time jumping & climbing while the parents enjoyed relaxing in the party room. We will be back!
