I would like to commend the franchise owner for recognizing the exceptional young staff working tonight, 12/24. This 5-star review is dedicated to the remarkable teenage employees. I lost my phone while jumping, and an incredible teenage staff member assisted me. They went above and beyond to locate my phone, even venturing beneath the trampolines in the dust to help me, especially that young girl. In a funny twist, my phone was eventually found with one of the front workers who had turned it in. To the franchisee, I highly recommend taking the time to acknowledge and appreciate these outstanding individuals!
