MajestKids Playland Kids Birthday Party-Indoor Playground

If I may say that it was THE best experience we have had with having a private party/event in an indoor playground, it would be the honest truth. We have been to several others in the area and MajestKids takes the top place as far as ease of planning/hosting, cost, and options for both younger and older children. Amber, Aleiya, and Robert helped us set-up, decorate, receive food delivery, refill food/drinks, serve drinks table to table, cut and serve the cake, pack up, clean up, and so much more. Seriously, they were so wonderful to us that our guests took notice and verbally praised the excellent service we received and the quality of the venue itself. The kids had a blast! They absolutely did not want to leave. The adults were able to sit back and relax. Several people inquired about hosting their future parties there as well. Reflecting back on the event, I realized that they were not on our backs counting down our remaining time minute by minute. Instead, they led us from one activity to another with gentle inquiries/reminders. We did not feel pressured or rushed at all. They didn’t push us out the door when our time was up. The gifts, extra food and our supplies were already in carts by the time our party ended and they even helped my husband load everything in the car. It is the first and only party we have had, where I don’t feel exhausted after. Amber, Aleiya, and Robert- thank you all so much for making our son ONE HAPPY CAMPER. You guys were the best! Wish I can keep the 3 of you for all our parties God bless y’all and MajestKids!! I will continue to recommend y’all to our family and friends and hope to be able to work with you again in the future.
