We had a joint birthday party for my sons turning 1 and 3. Everything was superb from start to finish. The manager, Sarah, was quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating (including retrieving a fly away cluster of balloons) Alex was an excellent party host and helped make everything go super smoothly. We had 17 kids in attendance and no one wanted to leave. What an amazing experience.
