Corey leads the advanced circuit training every other Saturday. He creates an extremely challenging circuit and is an excellent coach and motivator. He is very helpful with new participants providing direction and tips for all the exercises. He uses a combination of old school coaching (anyone who played high school sports will appreciate his approach – I felt like I was back in summer football camp) with a fun sense of humor. The program description asks if you want to improve your conditioning – and it delivers!
