UPDATE:
Owner called and was apologetic with what happened during our last visit. Our lady few visits have been so great and the staff have been so helpful and great. I believe there was one night where the staff was playing with my son when there were no other kids to play with. I am grateful they showed him a great time. My kids been wanting to go back often so I renewed my membership. This place is clean and very well maintained. I been to a lot of these indoor places across the country and I will say this is the most comfortable and versatile indoor playground. ❤️
This place is a great indoor place for my 5 and 7 year old, but one of the younger girls (blonde) in the front desk need to have an attitude adjustment. I have a membership there and I been coming here for almost a year. I might plan a party here in a few months, but if staff is not up to par with customer service I might have to find other options.
