My partner & I have been travelling around checking out different breweries in North Dakota. We decided to check out Drift Prairie after seeing an ad for it on Instagram. We were pleasantly surprised! My partner tried the American Amber Ale, Bock, Hazy IPA, Arrow Head, and the Midwest Lager. He loved the Bock and totally recommends it! I am not a huge alcohol drinker, so I enjoyed a lunch of Garlic Cheese Curds, Pretzel Bites, & the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. I recommend the Cheese Curds, adding garlic was a great choice. I also enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, but would recommend the business to toast the buns because it can get pretty soggy. Regardless, I would still recommend! My partner ate the Pretzel Bites and loved the nacho cheese dip. Overall, the atmosphere of the building was amazing and clean. The staff was so welcoming and were very sweet about answering our questions and the pricing for everything was very appropriate! Completely recommend!
