I have never heard of this store much less been in one. It was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. I counted how many employees greeted me and how many asked if they could help, 14. There is a real sense of pride in the employees here. I was overwhelmed with the way they market their merchandise. Shelves are stocked, it is orderly and clean! Not one shelve in disarray. My son asked me to pick up a pair of Nikes, who knew there were 200 pairs! I could not quit looking at this store, it is simply amazing and I wish they would expand into Canada and out west. They set the standard in customer service, quality and merchandising.
