There are not a lot of batting cages around here but this is one of the better ones based on the accuracy of the pitch. They don’t come at your head anymore. And the speed on the sign is pretty accurate. “Fast” is the fastest pitch they have here which comes in about upper 70s. I don’t think they have “Very Fast” anymore. The pitches get thrown pretty quickly so it’s tiring. Don’t swing hard, just turnover your wrists and get the bat head out front. I still got it!
