Donaldson Park is our go to local place when it snows. The hill is great for sledding for the littlest ones and even for the bigger kids. From the small hill to the taller, longer steeper side plus lots of parking you really cant go wrong here. The town puts out bales of hay in front of anything that you could possibly run into but that has never happened to anyone that we’ve seen throughout all the times we have been going there. The downhill slope does empty out to a large open area unlike other hills like Belluech Park that has you going too fast at times causing you to slam into bales of hay just before the busy road.
