Stayed in the Osprey Cabin during the fall foliage and it was awesome, the cabin itself is what you’d expect – small and clean. No bathroom in the cabin, nice fire ring and picnic table outside the cabin. The showers are warm and coin operated.
The CT river is down the bank, you can see it through the trees. I would totally go back because you can rent kayaks, canoes and paddle boards here! Really great state park I used Wilgus as a base for some long bike rides and made a few shorts about my stay and bike adventures – it was peak foliage and so beautiful
