I’ve been going here for the last three months and am nothing but impressed. If you need a gym in the Lebanon area this is a great spot. All the staff I’ve interacted with are always professional and knowledgeable. Facility is very clean with lots of resources. The weight room is pretty old but has everything you need. Plenty of machines and a full cardio room. Never taken one but the classes look great in the pool or the studio. Downstairs they have ergs and another training room which is normally pretty empty. Locker rooms are clean and include a Sauna which is great. Pool is great and includes a variety of classes all week. Besides the staff the people you meet at the Ccba are always super nice and welcoming I highly recommend this center.
