We have come to Fun4All for many occasions; open play, a daycare field trip and finally a birthday party. Every time the staff go above and beyond to make sure the kids have a great time. Imple is one of our favourites and always greets the kids so kindly and makes every visit feel special. Staff are walking around wiping surfaces and doing their best to enforce rules.
Recently we hosted a birthday party at the upstairs party tables (not the party room). It was clean and tidy, affordable and allowed us to bring in our own food and cake. It included non-stop pop, juice boxes, cutlery and plates as well as admission and 10 game credits per kid. It is MUCH more affordable than other play places. They called me ahead of time to double check the reservation and communication was fantastic. Throughout the party they checked several times to make sure everything was good.
After our 90 minutes were up at the party table we moved downstairs and handed out treat bags from there. It worked perfectly and we received exactly what was advertised. 10/10 recommend this place!
