We took our 14 year old son here for his birthday, neither myself, Cayden or my husband have ever done this. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! The owners were very friendly and continued to check on us while we were going crazy breaking stuff in our room. Safety goggles and gloves provided. 35 minute session was perfect for us 3! So many tools to choose from to release all that built up anger, frustration, emotion, you name it! Will definitely be back!!!
