My family and I had the pleasure of visiting The Axe Pit recently. It was so much fun. The premises is a great location and the inside areas are well kept and ready for customers. Even though it was a chilly fall evening, we had a lot of fun trying axe throwing in the cozy garden area which was complete with a warming stove. My sons aged 13 and 15 were both able to grasp the technique as was my husband. The owner was on hand to offer throwing tips. I managed to get one on the target board and I can’t wait to go back to try again with two good legs to stand on! Also, in the new taproom there’s cozy and table seating. The best part here is the selection of games available to be played. I’d love to go on one of their game nights. This is a must visit place to hang out with friends, couple’s time, or to bring your older kids to!
