LOVE IT! The most important thing about planning a kids party is making sure that the kids are engaged, safe, and that you as a parent can also enjoy yourself at least a little bit after doing all the work of planning the party and let’s not mention paying for it. This facility and their staff gives you all of those, and it’s honestly a steal when you come down to the price point. They provided the invitations, they called a couple days before to confirm everything, from there all we had to do was show up. We handed over the cake, decorations, party favors, and the little we brought for our guests to the staff and went into the first jump room where my daughter and her friends could begin enjoying themselves almost immediately. By the time our party coaches moved us to the second jump room, the party room was all set up, beautifully decorated and I had no notes on how they laid everything out. It looked as if I had done it myself, and I have pretty high standards. They cut the cake. They pass out the pizza. The drinks are already poured and set up for the kids with plates. It truly is the lightest lift of a birthday experience, and just what my daughter wanted. Thank you for making Zoe’s 4th birthday party a great experience for all of us!
