We reserved an hour ice time for our girls’ birthday party. From start to finish, this was hands down the best decision. The staff was very helpful in making sure we were set up and had what we needed. We had a lot of younger kids, and it was an absolute blast! I strongly encourage you to read all the negative reviews before you make a decision about a place. The negative reviews for this particular business are from individuals who haven’t even been here. Staff was amazing, the facility was really nice, the room was perfect. Last year, we went roller skating, and they didn’t make it 30 minutes before wanting to be done. They could have easily been on the ice for hours. The meeting room was nice and warm. I will say the only negative was my own fault in not having gloves. Wasn’t even a thought in my head they would want them if they fall while skating. It was such an amazing experience!
