The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis is an absolute treasure! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this place is designed to spark curiosity and delight in kids of all ages (including the adults!).
The exhibits are incredibly well-thought-out, interactive, and educational. The Dinosphere is a jaw-dropping experience, and my kids were thrilled to see life-sized dinosaur models and learn about paleontology. The magic show was the best thing at the museum.
The museum staff are friendly and knowledgeable, ready to answer questions or guide you to the next exhibit. I also appreciated the thoughtful layout—plenty of seating for parents to rest, clean facilities, and a great cafeteria with kid-friendly options.
Plan for at least half a day because there’s so much to explore. It’s not just a museum; it’s an adventure your kids will talk about for weeks! Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Indianapolis.
