Normally I don’t go out of my way to leave reviews for franchise companies, but our experience today at your location was nothing less than stellar. We arrived unannounced with a party of 12 to celebrate my son’s birthday. The sweet lady at the front door took time to explain the process of filing out waivers on the kiosks and then directed us to the front counter, where we met Ema. This is where the impressive part really began to unfold. In a time when customer service seems to go by the wayside, this young man (Ema) listened patiently as we asked questions about all the different packages, and worked hard to provide us with the best experience and value for our large group. He worked steadily to get everything processed in the system and off we went to line up for the racetrack. While waiting trackside Ema approached us again with a manager to explain that he had made a mistake in loading our cards, that he forgot to add the attractions to each card. When most people would go on about their business, leaving it up to us to figure this part out, this young man had the integrity to seek us out and make it right. This was by far, this best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. All the staff were courteous and professional the entire time assisting with any questions or direction we needed. That says a lot about the culture in this work place. I would give todays visit MORE than 5 stars if I could. Exceptional job all around! Thank you!!
