I’ve had both of my daughters’ 4th birthdays here and both times it ran smoothly and the kids had a blast. The staff is friendly and flexible/accommodating. The party room was set up nicely and plenty of pizza and beverages were provided for the kids. It is a great place for the price and I would definitely recommend for a party. One thing I would mention is that for my oldest daughter’s bday, which is in August, it was pretty warm inside. We were told the AC was broken and there were fans everywhere but it was still hot. Just this past weekend we had my youngest’s bday party there (in February) and the temp was very comfortable. I’ve been there a few times for regular play sessions too and it is usually fine. I would just recommend being prepared for warmer temps during the really hot summer months.
